Job Title: Google Ads Campaign Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and optimize high-value campaigns for global clients. As a freelance, remote position, this role is ideal for candidates with strong management and strategic skills who want to make an international impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with significant budgets.
  • Develop and execute performance-driven strategies to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing, optimize bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives.
  • Analyze campaign data, provide strategic insights, and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive higher conversions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display).
  • Proven leadership skills in delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and guiding team members.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, GA4, GTM, and funnel optimization.
  • Preferred: Experience managing international campaigns or working in an agency environment.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
