Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and achieve business objectives through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence across all platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance against established KPIs and ROI, identifying trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages and improve user experience.
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adopting new tools, technologies, or strategies that could enhance digital marketing efforts.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their constraints in relation to digital marketing.
  • Experience in managing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests for optimization.
  • Extensive experience in PPC campaign management on major search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
