Our organization is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to optimize ROI through SEM and Facebook campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee SEM/Facebook campaigns, as well as media buying initiatives, to achieve maximum return on investment.
  2. Establish and meet ROI and volume objectives via SEM, SMM, and acquisition efforts.
  3. Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs against predetermined targets, either by managing internal resources or collaborating with external agencies.
  4. Collaborate with the brand team to develop innovative marketing solutions grounded in market analysis.
  5. Forecast target assumptions during quarterly and annual budget planning periods, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  6. Identify trends and insights within data, and optimize spends and performance accordingly.
  7. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, developing novel growth strategies.
  8. Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities for expansion.

  1. Strong analytical skills, backed by experience in data-driven marketing practices.
  2. Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  3. Creative problem-solving skills, with the capacity to devise innovative marketing strategies.
  4. Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively as part of a team.

This role demands candidates with prior experience in e-commerce firms or digital marketing agencies. The position involves working from an office environment, with a six-day workweek.
