About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist who excels at turning data into impact. This role is ideal for someone who understands the balance between analytics and creativity, who is confident managing multiple campaigns, and who's excited to experiment, optimize, and scale high-performing marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling, on-brand campaign assets.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Report on campaign performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a fast-growing or dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and AdWords.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into strategy.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics: ROAS, CAC, CLTV, attribution models, etc.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset — you're comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting ideas clearly.
