
Digital Media Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Ads Manager to lead and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts, with proven expertise in managing complex ad spends.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and scaling paid media campaigns to drive measurable business results across multiple industries and verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max platforms.
- Manage budgets ranging between $40K+ per month with a focus on ROI & performance improvement.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis, reporting to drive decision making & continuous optimization.
- Develop and test new campaign strategies, creatives, bidding tactics to maximize conversions and minimize CPA.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (SEO, design, and content) for cohesive campaigns.
- Stay current with Google Ads innovations, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Implement conversion tracking, audience targeting, remarketing strategies, and attribution modeling.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with large budgets.
- Expertise in handling a monthly spend of $50,000 - $70,000.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics & Data Studio.
- Experience across all Google Ads types (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max).
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
