Senior Director of Information Technology

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on IT leader to spearhead our digital transformation. This is a unique opportunity to build, innovate, and drive strategic growth and operational efficiency.

About the Opportunity
  • Drive a comprehensive IT transformation: Redefine our IT landscape and turn it into a competitive advantage.
  • Demonstrate tangible impact: Validate IT's contribution to cost reduction, quality improvement, performance enhancement, and innovation with AI & Automation.
  • Build a strategic IT function: Realign IT with core business objectives, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and establish robust governance.

We are looking for a seasoned IT professional with:

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior roles leading significant IT transformations (40+ staff).
  • Proven hands-on experience working within smaller, agile organizational structures.
  • A track record of successfully transforming underperforming IT departments into strategic assets, delivering measurable results against cost, quality (defects), and performance (EBITDA).
  • Deep expertise in IT automation and the practical application of AI/ML within an IT setting to drive business value.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework, operational excellence, cloud computing, and IT service management best practices.
  • Extensive experience supporting the IT infrastructure of digital marketing and call center ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's preferred.
