Organization Change Management Leader

We are seeking a seasoned change management professional to lead our organization's transformation efforts.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled leader to join our team and drive impactful change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale transformation projects, driving organizational change management strategies and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop effective change management plans, leveraging expertise in digital solutions and information systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-impact communications, facilitating discussions and building executive-level relationships.
  • Develop thought leadership and contribute to business development through RFP/RFI responses and proactive offer development.
  • Participate in practice building activities, driving maturity of our change management capability and contributing to the growth of our community.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience, with at least 3+ years of top-tier consulting experience post-MBA, preferably as a change management specialist in technology/non-technology driven transformation programs.
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end change management interventions in at least 2-3 transformation programs, regardless of context.
  • Strong ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments, with excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and build strong executive-level relationships.
  • Certification in change management such as Prosci or PCI will be an added advantage.
