Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and coordinate project plans, ensuring timely delivery of projects and successful implementation of new processes and standards.
  • Roll-out, Training, and Support: Design and implement effective training programs, communicate changes to stakeholders, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
  • Requirements Definition and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, document processes, and create clear documentation for leaders to reference.
  • Change Management and Enablement: Serve as a change analyst, helping teams adapt to new ways of working, drive adoption across the organization, and facilitate organizational change.
  • Analysis and Insights: Provide actionable insights and practical recommendations on problem-solving, identifying key drivers, and spotting trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional technical experience, with demonstrated progression of responsibilities in technology roles, business analysis, or technical project management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence stakeholders, strong business and technical acumen, and experience running group workshops or facilitation sessions.
