Meta Ads Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Professional to assist in the creation, optimization and management of Meta ad campaigns.
- Responsible for researching trends, analyzing campaign performance, creating ad content and collaborating with the team to develop effective strategies.
- Support lead generation and conversion analysis efforts by utilizing knowledge of digital marketing principles and analytical tools.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Experience with Meta ad platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including lead generation and conversion analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proven track record of delivering successful lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager and reporting tools.
- Excellent understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS and other performance metrics.
- Experience with retargeting, remarketing and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Ability to manage large scale advertising initiatives efficiently.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
