Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

RevolutionAffiliates is looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to handle the day-to-day operations of our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily Meta Ads campaigns, including setup, monitoring, scaling, and optimization.
  • Creating, testing, and optimizing ad creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborating with the team on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Staying updated with Meta Ads best practices, trends, and policy changes.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of proven experience in Meta Ads campaign execution.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience in gaming / iGaming / entertainment verticals is a significant advantage.
