We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee the execution of ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients in the Health & Wellness and Local Service industries.
  • Analyze audience behavior, create lookalike audiences, and implement retargeting campaigns.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing creatives.
  • Design and launch A/B tests for ad creative, headlines, and landing pages.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and optimize campaigns for maximum results.
  • Provide regular performance reports and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, policies, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Detailed understanding of funnels, targeting, and budget optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
