Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Systems Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to our network systems, servers, and storage infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide prompt and professional assistance to resolve network-related issues and outages.
  2. Monitor and maintain the performance of our network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
  3. Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and recoverability.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field of network systems support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in network systems administration and support.
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Manage Engine.
  • Experience with ITSM tools and knowledge management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
