Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in
Indore / Bhopal / Ujjain
for a Sales and Technical Support position.

The Sales will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, manage appointments and arrange demo, build client base, retention and relationship.

Technical Support daily tasks include communicating with clients, delivering customer service, handling sales and after-sale support, as well as training clients on #product usage and maintenance. The specialist will also be involved in sales management and related administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Strong #Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management (mini 6 months)
  • Ability to provide Training and technical support
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desirable
  • Relevant field experience will be plus point.
  • Should be sound in technical support and should have work experience and track record.
