Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving.
  • Assist customers in resolving their queries and issues.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose network-related problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
  • Knowledge of routing and switching concepts.
  • Experience in troubleshooting network issues.
  • Familiarity with network security principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
