Job Title: Infrastructure Monitoring Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing network systems, servers, and storage in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor infrastructure and application alerts in management tools
  • Log incidents and participate in troubleshooting calls
  • Run end-of-day jobs for the organization

Hands-on experience in banking environments, AS400 operations, and knowledge of mirroring systems are highly desirable. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and fluency in English (reading and writing).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Hands-on experience in incident and problem management
  • Experience using management tools (APM & OPM) and IT service management software (BMC Remedy)

A minimum of three years of experience supporting and monitoring network systems, servers, or storage is essential. Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred.

Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems and network devices
  • Understanding of key network monitoring protocols including Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), NetFlow, Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI), syslog, etc.
