Job Responsibilities

  • Operational management and support of the infrastructure, ensuring the smooth running of the network, servers, and system applications.
  • Monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
  • Resolving incidents that could not be resolved by the Service Desk or generated by the monitoring system.
  • Installations, updates, tests, planning, and configuration of the infrastructure.
  • Flexible work and support for different time zones based on the project assigned.
  • Collaboration with local IT teams for technical scoping for any local need in datacentre implementations.
  • Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
  • Liaising with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing large Windows server-based platforms.
  • Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, Exchange, IIS, SCCM.
  • VMware Virtual Infrastructure Management Knowledge.
  • Knowledge of network switching: TCP/IP, subnetwork calculations, VLAN concepts, firewall.
  • Knowledge of Powershell scripts for the automation and management of Windows infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Office365 and Azure.
  • Installation of active devices in datacentre.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, as you will be working at a global level.

  • BE CS / IT / Electronics & Communication / MCA.
  • Microsoft Azure Certification.
  • VMware.

Language

A fluent level of English is required, both spoken and written, as the role involves working on a global level. Fluency in French would be a plus.
