Revenue Operations Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models and funnel dynamics, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute RevOps Strategy: Drive revenue growth across the sales funnel by developing and executing a comprehensive RevOps strategy.
  • Owning GTM Systems: Own the end-to-end systems, processes, reporting, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Funnel Visibility and Reporting: Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive funnel visibility and reporting.
  • Standardizing Revenue Cycle Processes: Standardize revenue cycle processes from lead qualification to pipeline management and renewals.
  • Partnering with Functional Heads: Partner with functional heads to align on metrics, data definitions, and operational workflows.
  • Implementing CRM Best Practices: Implement CRM best practices and data hygiene.
