Revenue Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective revenue strategies across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize room sales and revenue
  • Collaborate with the founder to create and manage commercial strategies for our partners
  • Analyze market trends and adjust pricing and inventory accordingly
  • Assist in creating and managing revenue budgets and forecasts
  • Organize regular revenue meetings with the founder and partners to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of controls applied to all systems
  • Evaluate daily revenue and provide suggestions for price and strategy adjustments

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leadership and revenue growth in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to learn and teach best practices of revenue management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets
  • Experience with channel management and revenue optimization
