Job Title: Revenue Generation Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing a network of partners across the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Partner Network Development:
  • Identify prospective partners with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Sales Growth:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct sales and partner channels.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Partner Management:
  • Onboard new partners with detailed product training and compliance guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing support—regular visits, performance reviews, and coaching—to ensure targets are met.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Gather competitor data, track market developments, and feedback insights to the regional sales head.
  • Recommend strategic initiatives to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
  • Reporting & Administration:
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and partner performance reports.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, medical affairs) to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2 – 5 years of overall experience in pharmaceutical sales or partner development roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
