
Revenue Growth Specialist

Drive revenue growth for upscale and boutique hotels across India by developing and implementing strategic pricing models, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Develop and execute multi-property revenue management strategies to maximize hotel profitability.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform dynamic pricing decisions.
- Optimize channel distribution to achieve the optimal business mix.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for owners and leadership.
- Collaborate with GMs, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
- Proven record of improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats.
- Deep knowledge of OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property GMs.
