Customer Service Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

Seeking a seasoned customer service operations professional to ensure exceptional consumer experience across all channels in emerging markets. This role involves managing vendor operations, driving performance metrics, and implementing process optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of customer service strategies to drive efficiency and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors to achieve operational excellence, manage budgets, and optimize processes.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on project management, reporting, and stakeholder management best practices.
  • Support the design and execution of training programs for vendor teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in contact vendor management within retail, digital, or e-commerce environments.
  • Expert knowledge in consumer service operations, including process optimization and KPI analysis.
  • Strong project management and reporting experience, with ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
