A high-performance customer service specialist is required to deliver exceptional service and provide timely resolutions.
- Respond to client inquiries via live chat or email, ensuring prompt and efficient communication.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into actionable feedback for management.
- Manage and follow up on client inquiries and complaints in a diligent and effective manner.
- Collaborate with frontline operations teams to ensure smooth operations and identify potential discrepancies or risks.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Alternatively, a minimum diploma in business administration or business management with a strong focus on numbers and statistics would be acceptable.
- Preferably, candidates with 2-4 years of customer service experience and training in frontline operations (live chat and email) will be considered.
- Candidates with experience working in financial institutions or fintech companies will have an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential for effective communication and writing.
- Passion for knowledge development and a long-term career in fintech/crypto trading firms is desirable.
- Ability to work well in a team, be self-driven, and respond positively to client requests for assistance is necessary.
- Flexibility to perform 5 days' shift work, including weekends and public holidays, is required.
