Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Customer Support and Content Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and creating engaging content in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer satisfaction to customers and translate English content into Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for contacting customers and responding to their complaints through emails, social media, and calls in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the company's products and services provided.
  • Provide excellent customer support via email ticketing system, social media, and phone calls.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently.
  • Provide detailed information to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of each phone call for future reference.
  • Offer training sessions to new employees to enhance their skills.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • FOLLOW UP WITH CUSTOMERS FOR ANY FURTHER INFORMATION.
  • Taking feedback from customers.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with customers.
  • Create content for the team in line with marketing requirements.
  • Contribute to social media and website content.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in spoken Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
  • Strong command over written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in providing support in respective languages.
  • Candidates with experience supporting international customers via call or chat will be preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-oriented individual.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
