Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage customer interactions in a professional and empathetic manner.

  1. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  2. Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and standards that meet organizational expectations.
  • Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with service protocols.
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues effectively.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in any field with some regulatory knowledge.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience post-graduation, preferably in sales/marketing and healthcare/medical devices/service order management industries.
  3. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, and Outlook.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a proven capability to make a significant contribution to the business.
  6. Team player with a solution-oriented approach and attitude.
