Remote Reservation Agent
">We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and support a leading short-term vacation rental company based in the US. This is a remote position based in India, requiring exceptional communication skills to ensure outstanding guest experiences and efficient management of reservations.

">Key Responsibilities:
">- Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
- Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">Skills:
">- Excellent communication skills. An American accent is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Abilities:
">- Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
Experience:
">Prior experience in hotels, vacation rentals, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
">Benefits:
">- Work Location: Remote (India).
- Shift: Night shift (US timings).
- Salary: ₹4,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 per year, based on the candidate's communication skills.
