Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to improve customer satisfaction and retention by managing key performance indicators. This role involves conducting regular business reviews and check-ins with customers, monitoring their health, and providing actionable insights based on data-driven metrics.

Key responsibilities include tracking customer sentiment, engagement scores, and service request completion SLAs, using data-driven insights to drive customer success strategies. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with customers, understand their business needs, and help them realize the full value of our product or service.

The successful Candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are essential for this role, along with a proactive approach to identifying potential risks and resolving issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably within SaaS or technology industries.
  • Data-Driven: Strong ability to analyze and interpret customer data, including sentiment analytics, engagement scores, and service metrics.
  • Customer-Centric: Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and helping them achieve success.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and resolving issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
