Job Title: Customer Care Representative
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a key point of contact for customer inquiries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless support throughout the sales process
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, document inquiries, and generate reports
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a customer service or CRM role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze customer data and generate insights
