At eJAmerica, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 help desk support through our internal ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot common IT problems and maintain a thorough working knowledge of our day-to-day operating environment, available tools, and client applications.
- Perform basic Windows administration tasks, such as password resets and file and folder management.
- Escalate complex technical issues to Technical Support Specialists or other IT staff as needed.
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Document all troubleshooting steps and create knowledgebase articles for resolutions.
- Adhere to established IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with information systems goals and procedures.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-4 years of experience in customer service or a help desk environment, preferably with an interest in IT.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
