We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team, responsible for managing major accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, and driving customer growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in customer-facing roles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer success plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding usage
- Measure and report on key performance indicators to ensure customer success
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a management capacity
- Proven track record of success in managing major accounts and driving customer growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
