Job Title: Senior Executive Engineer

As a senior executive engineer, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance and operation of our process equipment. Your expertise in planning, execution, and troubleshooting will ensure seamless production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance of Process equipment including Vial filling, Vial washing, Tunnel, isolators, and HVAC systems.
  • Enter check lists online as per SOPs to monitor maintenance activities.
  • Attend breakdown maintenance in compliance with cGMP regulations for process equipment.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cGMP, and GDP while performing all activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve plant maintenance issues.
  • Manage spares for all process equipment.
  • Operate and maintain HVAC systems to ensure clean room parameters.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC requalification.
  • Communicate relevant EHS concerns to concerned personnel.
  • Prepare purchase requests with spare and work details as per the format.
  • Coordinate with vendors for AMC covered equipment.
  • Document preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Execute running projects, new projects, and plant extension works.
  • Develop equipment qualification documents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and operation of process equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
