Job Title: Condition Monitoring Specialist

Our team is seeking an experienced Condition Monitoring Specialist to join our organization. This role will involve providing engineer-level support on Condition Monitoring of Rotating Equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support on Condition Monitoring of Rotating Equipment using various condition monitoring techniques like vibration, oil analysis, thermography, videoscopy, etc.
  • Utilise online and offline data acquisition techniques to analyse and provide necessary recommendations on maintenance needs to avoid major breakdowns of the equipment.
  • Support in reliability improvement plans and initiatives based on condition monitoring parameters.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Accredited Vibration Analysis training Cat I.
  • Knowledge of Condition Monitoring Data systems like CSI Emerson SKF and GE System1 SmartSignal, various oil analysis techniques, wear particles, thermography, etc.
  • At least 4-6 years of overall experience along with at least 2-3 years of Condition Monitoring in a Power Refinery Petrochemical Industry.
  • Mandatory Skills: O&G Downstream Upstream Midstream, AR_VR_MR.
