Job Overview

As a seasoned leader, we seek an Associate Director with unparalleled expertise in record-to-report accounting processes. You will possess a profound understanding of the business landscape, market trends, and industry dynamics.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional ability to foster strong partnerships across the organization, providing insights and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution of R2R activities.

Key Requirements:

  1. Extensive R2R controllership experience for large organizations.
  2. Leadership in transitions and transformations, driving innovation.
  3. Digital finance experience, managing senior stakeholders in US and Europe.
  4. CA or CPA qualification.
  5. Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects initiated by Controllership leadership.
  • Assist in drafting desktop procedures and training as part of transition efforts.
  • Lead as an inspirational figure, motivating and engaging team members through clear articulation of R2R process-related priorities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with BMS Finance senior leadership.
  • Develop and manage training and upskilling programs for local team members.
  • Adhere to timelines, quality, and accuracy.
  • Articulate material risks and opportunities, taking an active role in designing response or contingency plans.
