Job Title:

General Accounts- Finance

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a General Accounts - Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in preparing, examining and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Records: Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports as per accounting standards.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts including payables and receivable.
  • Reporting: Report to and assist the Finance & Accounts Manager regarding accounts and finance related issues.
  • Financial Statements: Process balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
  • Bills Processing: Maintain bills from vendors, checking, getting approval and coordinating for their payments to be done.
  • Bank Statements: Procure bank statements monthly from all banks and prepare reconciliation statements.
  • Compliances: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS and other applicable laws.
