
Life Insurance Business Process Lead

Currently, we are seeking a skilled Manager to lead projects related to clinical risk management with energy, efficiency, and end-to-end ownership.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on knowledge on life insurance business processes and policy lifecycle, as well as experience working with IT teams. They should also have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and be able to handle queries and route them correctly at the first level.
In addition, the candidate should have experience with SQL queries, VAPT risk, and mitigation, and preferably .Net. They should also possess excellent production support skills, including resource and time management ability, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholders' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands on knowledge on life insurance business processes and policy lifecycle.
- Participation in the IT team or acting as a point of contact for the functional department who liaise with the IT team for any system requirements or Change Requests.
- Knowledge of SDLC.
- Overall knowledge of life insurance domain with depth knowledge of post-issuance journeys and process.
- Candidates involved in production support would be given preference.
- Knowledge of JIRA or other ticketing and project management tools.
- Good communication skills.
