Remote opportunity to work with a rapidly growing recruitment and staffing company in the life and health insurance industry.

We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team of remote professionals. As a key member of our appointment setting team, you will be speaking with pre-qualified leads and booking consultations for licensed agents across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make 150–200 outbound calls per day to warm leads using our dialer and CRM.
  • Follow a scripted format to educate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Input detailed notes and statuses into the CRM after each call.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly booking goals.
  • Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills, spoken and written.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections.
  • Reliable internet, power backup, computer, and smartphone.
  • Motivated, consistent, and able to follow instructions.
  • Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
