Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective onboarding by streamlining documentation and orientation.
  • Develop and monitor onboarding assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training and induction.
  • Oversee new hire asset allocation and management.
  • Provide comprehensive employee support by addressing queries, resolving issues, and driving innovative approaches to enhance employee experience.
  • Lead the design and implementation of HR policies aligned with company culture and compliance requirements.
  • Standardize HR processes for efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain organizational hierarchy structures for clear reporting lines and role responsibilities.
  • Maximize the adoption and utilization of HRMS across payroll, leave, performance, and reporting modules.
  • Prepare and deliver HR reports for management, covering workforce data, attrition, and engagement.
  • Conduct report analysis, identify gaps, and implement improvements for data-driven HR decision-making.
  • Ensure end-to-end accuracy and timeliness in payroll management.
  • Comply with statutory regulations, including TDS, PF, ESIC, and other labor laws.
  • Monitor adherence to compliance frameworks and regulatory updates.
  • Uphold the Code of Conduct (COC) across all employee levels, promoting a fair and ethical workplace environment.
  • Support and participate in increment meetings, providing inputs based on performance, market trends, and organizational policies.
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, culture, and communication.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS (preferably Keka).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Ability to lead policy/process building initiatives and foster innovation in HR practices.
