We are seeking a driven and proactive HR Business Partner to enhance our team’s operational efficiency. In this role, you will support business units by aligning HR practices with strategic goals, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business teams by collaborating with operational leaders to ensure effective integration of HR practices and strategies.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs to facilitate the seamless transition of new hires into the organization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances; provide timely issue resolution while maintaining compliance.
  • Assist managers in developing performance management cycles, including timely feedback, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Utilize data insights from HR dashboards to monitor key people metrics like attrition, engagement, and productivity.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities that foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Support organizational change efforts by coordinating communication and employee alignment during transitions.
  • Collaborate with the central HR team on key projects including compliance, learning, talent reviews, and audits.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-7 years of experience in a generalist or HRBP support role with exposure to core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships across levels.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, inductions, and supporting performance processes.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail and process adherence.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards is preferred.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
