Senior HR Leader

This senior-level position is responsible for leading and managing the organization's Human Resources function.

The successful candidate will be a strategic business partner who can drive employee engagement, learning and development initiatives, while overseeing day-to-day HR operations, policy adherence, compliance and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR team and oversee human resources operations.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and exit processes.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports and data analytics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement, learning and development.
  • Oversee performance management, appraisals, promotions and talent development.
  • Manage employee grievances and ensure policy adherence.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • 10+ years of proven HR leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
