Administrative Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage office supplies and resources, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to lead our team with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in office software and management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and communication tasks
  • Monitoring contract & renewals and highlighting to the concerned team in advance for renewals

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required, with at least 5+ years of experience in a managerial administrative role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing effective office policies and ensuring compliance with company regulations. They will also be responsible for supervising administrative staff and ensuring they adhere to company standards.
