Leadership Role

The organization seeks a seasoned Executive Leader to oversee cross-functional initiatives and drive long-term planning, strategic goal-setting, and business reviews.

This key position owns end-to-end program management for high-impact initiatives, building and maintaining project plans, managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring accountability.

Operational excellence is achieved by analyzing internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implementing improvements, designing dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and health metrics, and championing process automation and scalable systems that support business growth.

Stakeholder Collaboration

As a liaison between internal teams such as product, operations, finance, and marketing, the executive leader prepares communication materials and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

They also support leadership with data, insights, and briefing materials to drive key decisions.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
