Job Overview:

This senior sales leadership role will oversee the bathware business across Gujarat, driving revenue growth and expansion.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop strategic plans to achieve business targets for bathware products in the region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets.
  • Ensure timely achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Dealer Management:

  • Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
  • Ensure proper appointment and management of channel partners.
  • Monitor channel performance and take corrective actions as needed.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Drive field discipline and structured reporting.

Market Intelligence & Brand Promotion:

  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and product positioning.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
  • Ensure strong market visibility and brand recognition.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of sales experience in sanitaryware, bath fittings, tiles, or building material industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Location Expertise: Strong understanding of the Gujarat market.
