Main Responsibilities:- Manage 5-10 client accounts and develop executive relationships at the country level.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date on client needs, vision, IT roadmap, and any anticipated changes.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of each account, their business, and key stakeholders.
- Pitch relevant services to clients and identify new markets by developing go-to-market strategies.
- Track delivery timelines and quality to deliver exceptional results on time.
- Present reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong understanding of sales funnels, and proficiency in client interactions.
