Job Summary

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for all business-related activities that Amdocs performs with its suppliers under their responsibility to optimize costs and savings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement strategies for contingent labor including staffing agencies, freelancers, and gig workers.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, and business units to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage vendor relationships, rate cards, and performance metrics for temporary labor providers.
  • Optimize usage of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and ensure data accuracy and reporting.
  • Drive sourcing and delivery for project-based services, such as IT services.
  • Define and negotiate various types of agreements and statements of work, deliverables, milestones, and payment terms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope, KPIs, and risk mitigation and strategies.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure delivery against contractual obligations.
  • Conduct market analysis, supplier evaluations, and cost benchmarking.
  • Lead RFPs, RFIs, and contract negotiations to drive value and innovation.
  • Define and execute category strategies with the help of Category Manager.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all sourcing activities.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of procurement experience with a focus on contingent workforce and deliverables/scope-based services procurement.
  • A proven track record in Mid-to-large-sized MNCs.
  • Familiarity with agile project delivery and outcome-based contracting.
  • Understanding of supplier diversity and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent spoken English and communication with impact.
  • Vendor management knowledge of labor classification, co-employment risks, and global workforce regulations.
  • Excellent presentation, Excel, and analytical thinking/problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with VMS tools, such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, and e-sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working in a matrixed, global organization.
