We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to spearhead our staffing and placement efforts in India.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals, with a strong network in Noida and Delhi-NCR. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in permanent hiring, contract staffing, RPO/project ramp-ups, and campus drives (IT & Non-IT).
  • Develop and manage a qualified pipeline, delivering accurate weekly forecasts and reports.
  • Negotiate and close MSAs/SOWs with mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of margins, billing models, RPO/MSP, and typical TA KPIs.
  • Sell into IT & Non-IT roles, with basic knowledge of salary bands and talent markets.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience closing B2B staffing/placement deals in India.
  • Documented quota attainment, including new logos/quarter, GP/revenue delivered, and win-rate.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close MSAs/SOWs with mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of margins/mark-ups, billing models, RPO/MSP, and typical TA KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi.
  • Executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM, Excel/PPT, and data-driven approach.
