Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full scope of recruitment from campus hiring to senior personnel appointments
  • Develop and implement performance management, KRA, and incentive systems
  • Oversee payroll, leave policies, onboarding procedures, and grievance resolution processes
  • Design training programs, shape company culture, and support event planning efforts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both human resources and business operations

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years of leadership experience in an HR department
  • Proven expertise in using HRMS software, preferably Keka or similar platforms
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, both in written and verbal communication
  • A strong belief in the importance of balancing systems and people-oriented approaches
  • Willingness to relocate to Amravati or work remotely
