We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Transformation Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our external consulting firm to transform our current Route to Market. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.

About the Role: As a Sales Transformation Manager at Yugn, you will be responsible for managing the various aspects of this project, including design, pilot, and scale-up phases. You will work closely with our external consulting firm to develop key metrics, conduct market visits, and analyze sales data. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth through effective sales strategies and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design phase: Assimilate stakeholder expectations, identify key areas of transformation, and develop design models for each stream of the project.
  • Pilot phase: Coordinate pilots, provide training to region teams, manage the central war room, and analyze sales data.
  • Scale-up phase: Incorporate learnings from the pilot, align stakeholders on the final blueprint, and manage project timelines.
