Job Title: Client Relations Executive
We are seeking a skilled professional to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients. This role involves resolving client issues, understanding their needs, and brainstorming solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Develop and implement plans to address client business needs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Provide expert advice on creating profitable processes for clients, leveraging industry knowledge and market research.
- Regularly schedule meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction, monitor customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client complaints and escalate issues as necessary, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ensure both the organization and clients adhere to contractual terms, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
- Conduct market research to identify new ways to retain clients, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Set and work towards sales and revenue targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach and a commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, promoting cross-functional collaboration and a customer-centric mindset.
- Generate reports as required, utilizing data analytics and visualization tools to inform business decisions.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- A background in BPO/HR industry knowledge is an asset, with experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction) and leveraging CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or a related field, with a focus on customer relationship management and business development.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
