Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for on-boarding channel partners in various parts of Southern India, conducting marketing events for awareness, generating new leads, developing strategies, and conducting market research to meet sales targets. You will also build relationships with clients, address inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and advise clients on suitable products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales, preferably with 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in e-waste or waste materials. You should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM software proficiency, and knowledge of channel development. Additionally, you must be results-driven, self-motivated, and have strong problem-solving skills.
