Job Description:
The Service Excellence Manager for Wealth Advisors will play a vital role in managing client service and operations within our Wealth Management Firm. This position requires an individual who can effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, including AMC/channel partners/third parties, to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the business team with tasks such as onboarding, transactions, MIS preparation, portfolio reporting, and other responsibilities assigned by management.
  • Cordinate with AMC/channel partners/third parties to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Develop proficiency in client-servicing software like Mint and similar platforms.
  • Maintain accurate client data and enter client information into CRM systems.
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients and wealth advisors.

Eligibility Qualification:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. Additionally, they must be well-versed in mutual funds and have cleared or be willing to clear the NISM - VA Mutual Fund exam. Self-motivation, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential qualities for this position.
