Compliance Officer Role

We are seeking a Compliance Officer with experience in accounting or secretarial firms. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day compliance activities, including secretarial support, basic accounting work, and statutory form filings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out secretarial compliance tasks including preparation and filing of statutory forms.
  • Assist in accounting-related activities such as vouchers, reconciliations, and simple book-keeping support.
  • Support in statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings.
  • Help maintain company records – registers, minutes, and disclosures.
  • Assist in drafting resolutions, notices, and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Support in Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and routine compliance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance timelines are met for clients.
  • Coordinate with clients for information collection and updates.
Key Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances.
  • Familiarity with statutory filing portals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced organization.
